Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, Foger vape products are non-returnable once opened or used.
However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged Foger vape, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the defect
After verification, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Used or opened vape devices
- Damage caused by improper use
- Orders returned without approval
- Change of mind after the product has been opened
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
